****Stayokay VondelPark Amsterdam. Pretty good although in a 20 bed dorm has its complications. 1 plug for all of us! Rooms locked. Paid for wifi. No lift at times so lots of climbing stairs. Breakfast extensive (I got lunch from it too). $60/night during Easter. Great Location. Good people

Barcelona Mont du Martmaet HI CHEAP but nasty! Four school groups screaming in the corridors til 10pm at night. Rooms didn't lock. One plug for four beds. Shower accross the hallway forever clogged with teens straightening their hair. Out of city centre. 84 Euro for four nights! $40/night
